All of our vendors and contractors must share our commitment to serving the customer better than anyone else can. They must pass our internal assessment in such areas as customer service, quality, and cost-effective on-time delivery of products and services. In order to qualify for our Supplier Diversity Program, they must also meet the generally accepted criteria of minority- and women-owned and operated business enterprises.
Broken Arrow Communications is constantly evaluating contractors and vendors to find the industry experience, insight, and competence needed to help us deliver a high-quality product to our customers. A significant component of these efforts involves cultivating relationships with minority-owned businesses as well as businesses owned by women, and working to incorporate these companies into our network of vendors whenever possible. BAC’s new Supplier Diversity Program will help us build these relationships. We will be able to provide opportunities to the most qualified and diverse vendors, while achieving our own business goals.
Our Supplier Diversity Program is an important component of Broken Arrow’s strategy to be the best destination for high-quality and cost-effective solutions to customers’ needs. Partnering with a diverse range of suppliers to provide products and services that meet or exceed those needs will enable us to meet our goal of serving our customers better than anyone else can.
